THE GLOBAL COUNCIL OVERSEES fulfillment of new systems to eventually affect every society and aspect of life. It will monitor those testing out various processes to determine what works best, locally, globally and equitably for All, (supported by evaluation software, peer review and online coordination).
As more steps are taken and phases of the shift are completed, this Global Council may potentially become part of, oversee or eventually replace The United Nations as country lines and borders become less tangible.
SOVEREIGNTY AND NATURAL LAW replace current oppressive “slavery” system, while tribunals and Natural Law Education assist us to implement new ways. Corporate government, religious and monetary systems focused around profit for the few, are bringing us close to the precibus of total extinction of planetary life, so severe that reparations must now be made and new systems implemented for thriving and repairing of all harm.
THIS GLOBAL COUNCIL will operate in the highest frequencies of thought and intent (now confirmed and measured by HeartMath Institue). Every choice made exemplifies benevolent intent. This Collective will take on the great responsibility of determining ways to initiate sensitive changes that could possibly be destabilizing, unless done consciously and with intent of good of ALL, fully in alignment with Coherent Mind, Heart, Spirit and inspired action.

As funding is be made available to those who meet specified criteria and desire to work for the betterment of humanity and the planet, innovate life-honoring projects will engender a better Life on Earth for All.
A WEB CYBER HUB and global software, [our project Virtual Earth Village] will assimilate information from groups working on projects and innovation around the world, offering a means to determine and refine best-working solutions, with a practical and streamlined systems, that those participating will be able to access and collaborate in, accelerating the process.
REPURPOSING Ultimately we will shift societal norms by applying the foundational principles: "No harm, no loss, no damage (do not impede the freewill of another)." Corporate dominance in the materialistic culture based in profit is self defeating to a healthy planetary culture and serves only the few. We propose one change to make all the difference: shift corporate motive from profit to the well-being of humanity and Planet Earth. This one simple thing will shift world culture from suffering for the many , to the emergence of a thriving society founded in peace, well-being and plenty for ALL.
TO KEEP THE BALANCE throughout our global culture while this progressive change takes place, is a predominant consideration. It is best to implement as broad spectrum of projects as possible, where they apply and there is a group ready to put them into practice. Simply doing so, will initiate stable change in our global society, creating a shift from usury to participation
GLC's PANEL OF EXPERTS is prepared to assist with appropriating resources to projects, necessary to accomplishing the bigger picture of this massive shift in our societal being and doing. Team members are qualified and able to facilitate this process with honor and the highest respect for the significance of this duty.
THIS PROPOSAL AIMS to aid in finding, vetting and assisting (or creating, if need be) the implementation of any and all systems for identified areas of urgent need.
RESTORING RIGHTFUL PROSPERITY to humanity may be done smoothly in a several step process with sensitivity to the guardianship of resources, for well being of humanity and the planet being paramount. Essentially, resources will best be allocated in a way that encourages participation in cultivating equitable, viable, sustainable new systems, with feedback on working models, so the best can be duplicated in other locations.
GLOBAL HUMAN OBLIGATION FUNDS: Funding at this point in history is critical to moving ahead. As projects are funded, and we generate and cultivate new systems harmonious with Life and Planet Earth, the old will be REPURPOSED or will have no need to continue. A 10 year plan can transform the majority of corporate entities into Life Giving Planetary Services, as viable Life-generating systems are funded, they ultimately and naturally replace destructive old paradigm ways.
COMPREHENSIVE PROPOSAL: All our projects complement one another. Each one makes the others more viable. We encourage funding of this as a comprehensive proposal rather than individual projects. Projects are described individually for ease of application.
A WINNING SOLUTION: Forgiveness of debt, relief from taxation, and suppling resources needed for life, will greatly augment this process. When desperation of where tomorrow’s food is coming from is relieved, and inspired people participate in better ways of living in a global society, a winning team is activated, and positive change can quickly sweep the globe.
BEYOND MONEY: In the 'New Earth Civilization,' we may very likely eventually transition to a world without money, however much bridging is needed to bring this about in a balanced, equitable and cohesive manner with as little disruption as possible. Thankfully there is much science now supporting this transition. Paradigm researchers and social experts, such as Michael Upstone (Conscious Energy Currency) and Michael Tellinger (Ubuntu Contributionism), have developed a wide array of new, ideal, well vetted financial and social 'exchange systems' to assist with establishing new ways of relating with one another and economic systems around the world. Most are already adaptable to local, national and international cultures and can be gradually introduced.
‘NOAH’S ARC’ OF OUR TIME: Leading edge solutions may be implemented in towns, villages and global communities, before selecting for mass duplication. There are now literally millions around the globe, leaving the old system, anxious to develop and participate in such communities (as the Venus project and Vossa projects in our proposals); and putting new ways of doing to the test.
FUNDING PROVIDING BASIC NEEDS, supports those who would like to work with the various solutions offered in creative and practical ways, allowing for the evolutionary process of honing new ideas and systems. Developing such communities as innovative, secure and sustainable, is the 'Noah’s Arc' of our ‘now-time.’
COMMUNITY MODELS: Many communities are already currently being established on sound humanitarian principles around the world, and these are becoming the key nuclei of this planetary metamorphosis, offering many examples of productive change. These deserve to be funded to grow and expand quickly, into hundreds of thousands of future oriented communities and projects, able to function effectively, thus becoming fully equipped to serve the masses.
This foundation will allow for a more substantial, meaningful & momentous advancement of change via [positive influence] spillover into neighboring towns and villages, to extend to complete global scale gracefully, with minimal disruption to the fragile psyches of the general population.
CONCEPTS FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT: Earth oriented, human-friendly communities are essential aspects of this evolving paradigm. Participants will be able to “cross-pollinate” between projects, integrating improvement of life and circumstances for All people on Earth.
